Triple Berry Yoghurt Smoothie

Yoghurt is constantly on my grocery list here because our boys LOVE yogurt. I used to buy the individual yoghurt cups (and sometimes still do) but I really love buying a big tub of yoghurt because it's much more cost effective, and I can just scoop out the amount I want to serve so that we're not wasting it. My little guys LOVE vanilla yoghurt- alone in a bowl, as a fruit and granola parfait, or their favorite- in a smoothie! Here's a simple and delicious recipe for my Triple Berry Yoghurt Smoothie, made with Mountain High Yoghurt.

Triple Berry Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup apple juice

Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth, pour into cups, and serve. This smoothie is delicious- not too sweet, but not too tart- and it has zero added sugar. My boys drink them up so quickly, and I feel like a good Mom because they're getting so many vitamins from their fruit, but they feel like it's a treat!

Mountain High Yoghurt is different from other yogurt brands because it's made the Old World European way.
Yoghurt or Yogurt–both spellings can be found in the dictionary. “Yoghurt” is more similar to how the word is spelled in many European countries. Since it was first produced back in the 1970s, Mountain High Yoghurt has been made the Old World way (it slowly turns into yoghurt while sitting in the cup) so our founders spelled yoghurt with an “h.” Today Mountain High Yoghurt considers the “h” stands for healthy lifestyle or for the hundreds of ways you can use Mountain High Yoghurt to add nutrition to any recipe or meal!
