Looking for an easy homemade dinner that tastes amazing and doesn't take all evening to make?  My family and I love a hot and cheesy pasta dish, especially on these cold nights.  My Pepperoni Baked Pasta made with Hormel Pepperoni is delicious to make and it comes together so quickly that I have a feeling that you'll soon be adding it to your weekly dinner menus too.

Here's all you need to make this Pepperoni Baked Pasta...

Ingredients:
10 ounces Fusilli pasta
26 ounce jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
6 ounce bag of Hormel Original Pepperoni
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook pasta until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.  Drain water from pasta, then return it to the pot.  Add in the spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, oregano and crushed garlic.

Stir to combine.  Chop pepperoni, reserving about 20 pieces whole for the top of the pasta dish.

Stir in chopped pepperoni.  Add in 2 cups of the cheese, reserving 1 cup for the top.  Stir to combine.  Pour into 8 x 8 glass dish.  Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over the top of the pasta, then cover with whole pepperonis.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.  Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.  We absolutely love this delicious comfort food Pepperoni Baked Pasta!

The cheesy goodness is delicious in this baked pasta dish, but the Hormel Pepperoni is definitely the star of the show.
