Patriotic Cake Mix Cookies

The 4th of July is my favorite holiday of the year, so I'm thrilled to team up with 109 other amazing bloggers for the ULTIMATE Red, White, and Blue Roundup!

July is a busy month here {but honestly I'm starting to wonder if there is any month of the year that isn't busy, here!} so I love desserts that I can put together quickly and are a crowd pleaser too.  My patriotic cookies are just that- quick, easy, delicious, and they look pretty cute too.

Here's the recipe/directions:

All you need is what you see here {I bought the cake mix and frosting at Target}, plus 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of oil.  Mix together the dry cake mix with your eggs and oil.  Shape into one inch balls.  Cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.  Cool completely on a wire rack.

They are delicious, thick and chewy on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside.  Enjoy them plain...

Or frost for a super sweet patriotic treat.
Easy and delicious!

Check out all of these other AMAZING ideas from fabulous bloggers in the ULTIMATE Red, White, and Blue Roundup!  And have a safe, Happy 4th of July!
