Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe)

I'm forever on a quest for the perfect chocolate chip cookie... then I saw this recipe the other day on Ruffled Sunshine and knew I HAD to try it because it had all of the recipe requirements I look for in a good chocolate chip recipe- lots of brown sugar {equal to or more than white sugar}, generous amounts of vanilla, and lots of flour {it makes your cookies nice and thick and chewy}.
This recipe had all that plus an extra dose of fabulousness...
sea salt sprinkled on top before baking.

If you're a sweet-salty fan like me, you'll loooove these!  This is totally the recipe I'll be using from now on.  I'm not even going to post the recipe here because you've got to click on the link above {or here} for the recipe...
it prints out so pretty if you do.  And we all need pretty recipes, right?

My quest for the perfect chocolate chip cookie has ended...
Anyone have a go-to from scratch white cake recipe?

The sea salt definitely sounds like a good idea for upping the flavor and adding that something special. I have a sweet treat linky party going on at my blog and I'd like to invite you to stop by and link your cookies up. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2011/04/sweets-for-saturday-13.html
