Guess where we're going...???

Woody's Roundup!

For Father's Day we went to Disneyland! I know what you're thinking... {was it crowded?} It was surprisingly not crowded and we had a great day. The highlight of the day {aside from meeting up with our friends there twice in one week!!} was meeting Woody and Jessie at the Woody's Roundup lunch!

First the boys got to meet Woody... they were thrilled beyond words. It was the cutest thing ever!

Then Ben got in on the Woody's Roundup action... such a fun daddy!

There were plenty of Father's Day hugs and "Ohhhh Daddy, you're the best Daddy in the whole world!!" followed by more hugs and lots of kisses.

And lastly there were these cupcakes in a waffle cone with a filling inside the cone under the cupcake... wow, that was Mommy's favorite part :)

After that we met up with some good friends for a couple of rides... but not before Sam and I got stuck on Big Thunder Mountain and had to get walked off of the ride. Seriously! It was Sam's first big roller coaster {except for the one in Toon Town... does that one count?!} and we got to walk through back tunnels and stairs to exit the ride. They gave us a free fast pass for six people when it re-opened. Sam and I said, "No way!" and gave it to some teenagers. A fun, memorable time at Disneyland!

Attention Soldiers!

I'm hoping the third time is the charm as they say... I'm not sure why these pictures haven't been posting. I loved this Army {slash Bolt} party I coordinated for our 5 year-old friend Jack! There really weren't many Bolt decorations so I just cut out little pictures of Bolt for all of the party signs and Jack loved it. Every time I try to post it I get lazier and lazier, so there aren't as many pictures now, but enjoy {hopefully you can see the pictures!} If not, lie and tell me you can, k?!

Birthday boy Jack had so much fun playing army with his friends and tons of these little soldiers.

The dog bone camouflage cookies were a hit!

There were customized canteens for all those thirsty soldiers.

All of the soldiers were given an Honorable Discharge at the end of the party. Each favor bag had a personalized dog tag attached.

Thank you Melanie for allowing me to be a part of Jack's special day!!

Here's a sneak peek of my little slice of heaven {aka, our guest room converted to my craft room!} and a couple of things I've been working on. I'm a little busy bee these days, working away to start my little etsy shop very soon!  July 13th to be exact... Happy Birthday to me!

Attention soldiers!

Little American flags lined the front walkway and this sign welcomed guests at the door...

It was an Army {slash Bolt} party for 5 year old Jack! He couldn't decide between the two themes, but there aren't too many good Bolt decorations, so I incorporated little Bolt cutouts onto all the signs and Jack was thrilled!

The dog shaped camouflage sugar cookies were a hit!

There was a sign on the baby gate letting guests know to kindly stay downstairs where all the action was...

Seriously so challenged!!!

After having this blog for a year, a WHOLE YEAR now... I finally figured out how to make individual words big or small!!!!  And in color!!!  Wow, that means two things... number one- this blog is going to get pretty funky and colorful, and number two- I am a dork.  A big, big dork {in big, big letters} or tiny, tiny letters.  Fun stuff!!

Ohhhhhhhhhh, and this is exciting too {at least it is for me}... I'm working on a top-secret blog, soon to be released with pictures of all my little parties.  Coming soon!!  Coming soon... coming soon. {just practicing my letter sizes there :)}
