What to do with 144 ping pong balls...

Why, make a giant "lemonhead" wreath, of course. I saw this here and loved it. I thought it just screamed, "I am Spring!" So, without further ado, meet my yellow spray painted and sugared ping pong ball wreath.



Don't look too closely yet... I actually needed probably 148 ping pong balls (since I was too impatient to actually read the directions and bought the wrong size styrofoam wreath.) So I put lots of ribbon to cover it (but it doesn't). Someday I'll fill it in, but it works for now. I'm going to put one more coat of "sugar" on it tomorrow, just to make sure every nook and cranny is as sweet as can be. Happy Spring!
