Fun on the Farm!

This morning the boys and I, along with my mom, took the boys to Riley's Farm with my moms group. It was so much fun! We enjoyed the most delicious caramel apple ever, learned all about 19th century farm life with stories, games, and songs, went on a tractor-pulled hayride, bought a watermelon fresh from the field for one dollar (Sam ate FOUR pieces for dinner!), and so much more. Click here if you want to plan your own visit to Riley's Farm! We can't wait to go back again soon!

I think 2 of my students are in your pictures (Logan and Jacob). They both missed school yesterday to go, which I am fine with because Riley Farms is much more fun that sitting in class doing our new math program that takes up half the day. I know what you mean about a 16 month old sitting still. We went to Sea World last week and I tried all day to get a picture with Heidi sitting still and actually looking at the camera. I finally did and wouldn't you know it, Ian wasn't looking.
